Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Your order should take no more than 3 days to be dispatched. 

Delivery to Germany is 4€ or FREE for orders over 50€. European shipping is 13€ or FREE for orders over 70€. International shipping is always possible but please contact us in advance at pist@pistlifestore.com

RETURNS

If, for some reason, you are not happy with your order, or in the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged, please email us at pist@pistlifestore.com and share your problem with us. For any damaged items please provide a photograph with your email. Once received, we will arrange for a replacement to be exchanged with the damaged product. 

All unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging in the same condition as they arrived. Upon checking the integrity of the item(s), we will issue a refund. Items bought on sale are not refundable.
